The other therapist that I work with is being let go this Friday. Our facility is really low on kids and can't afford to keep two therapists. She was hired a month or so before I was.
I am humbled.
There are no guarantees.
Life can change in an instant.
My security must be placed in Christ alone.
I have a much greater appreciation now for my job.
I had to get a new Blog - storage is up, people!!

I just found out that she doesn't even know yet. They are going to tell her on Friday and then escort her out. It is awful!

ReplyDeleteawww..I can only imagine how hard it was to know about that ahead of time, and how blessed you must feel at the same time. I am glad you still have a job, but am sorry you are losing your teammate. Love you! (by the way, she doesn't read your blog, does she? :) )
